Since I started taking them, I have noticed a significant reduction in dizziness, an increase in strength, and an improvement in both my performance and mood. The only downside is that the pills are quite large and the smell is not very pleasant. Nonetheless, I recommend this product.

I did not like the price and found the efficiency lacking. After several weeks, my condition worsened with daily drowsiness and dizziness. I suspect it was due to the green tea or another component, so I switched to other multivitamins. Immediately, my condition improved, and the dizziness vanished. Overall, I found these multivitamins poor in terms of cost-effectiveness.

Good effect
Initially, the pill size was a concern, and I experienced some dizziness from the high dose. However, after adjusting the amount, it was fine, and I believe the effect is good overall.
