My bones and nails have even hardened! I got this because my joints made odd noises and were starting to hurt during workouts. I initially had stomach upset when taken during the day, so I began taking it before bed, which resolved the issue and improved my sleep. Over a couple of weeks, my nails became much stronger, my joints are less noisy, and I’m bruising less easily now. My dentist said my jawbone density has improved too, which is fantastic!

Extremely acidic. I'm a 48-year-old female in decent health, without major issues. I bought this product due to knee pain after physical activity and a "crunchy sound" in my neck when looking upwards. A few months ago, I noticed that this product is so acidic it caused gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), leading to belching when lying down. I experimented with the product, stopping and starting, and the belching was definitely linked to it. I tried eliminating other acidic foods from my diet, but the product kept triggering GERD. I can't believe this is permitted on the market. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because I was unsure if it was helpful at all, hence the benefit of the doubt.

After experimenting with it, it became clear that this product exacerbated my GERD, even when I eliminated other acidic foods. I couldn't determine if it had any benefits, hence the two stars are given on the benefit of the doubt.

I’m uncertain about its effectiveness and experienced side effects. After five weeks, my knees feel slightly better, yet not significantly. I noticed my heart raced as if on a stimulant, and I developed headaches with sinus pressure. I believe these reactions might be unique to me.
