Working!!! I purchased this for a family member suffering from third degree osteoporosis in the hip joints. Remarkably, after just three days, they felt lighter and experienced pain relief. I found the same product being used by a friend, whose knee was in poor condition. After using this for several years, they are now active again. My trust in this product comes from a relative, sceptical of supplements, who found it effective for treating vertebral hernias. In conclusion, it's effective for injuries and musculoskeletal disorders.

Good complex for joints! I ordered this supplement for the first time and have completed the 44-day course, which consists of 44 sachets. Each sachet contains 8 capsules, though the manufacturer doesn’t specify which is which. I struggled to take all tablets at once as I also take vitamin D3, vitamin K and calcium. I divided the intake into two doses. I can't be certain of the effect solely due to this complex, as I have osteochondrosis, osteoporosis, and intervertebral hernias. However, I can state that my condition has significantly improved over this period. The quality of the supplements is good, and I definitely noticed benefits!

Working. I initially bought this for my mother, who suffers from osteoporosis and knee pain. After two days on this supplement, she experienced a drop in blood pressure and frequent urination. Once I adjusted her intake schedule, her well-being improved, and walking became easier. While not a cure, it certainly helps alleviate pain. Now, I’m also having my husband try it for his knee arthrosis; I will update post-course.

Bone strength
Excellent! I have taken this for over a year now to strengthen my bones and joints after being diagnosed with osteopenia (osteoporosis) at age 55. I've noticed real changes in my condition within six months. The packaging is great and the smaller tablets are convenient to dose. After trying many alternatives, I settled on this one and highly recommend it.
