Finally relief! My doctor recommended Bromelain for joint pain. After trying various brands, Doctor's Best Bromelain is the best. Due to stomach issues, anti-inflammatory drugs are not suitable for me. This brand offers 3000 GDU, far stronger than others. I am now a loyal customer and recommend this to others with arthritis.

In our open observation study involving patients with blunt injuries, we examined the effects of high-dose bromelain on bruising. A total of 59 patients were treated over one to three weeks alongside regular therapies. We evaluated their swelling, tenderness, and pain both at rest and during movement.

Our results showed that bromelain significantly reduced swelling and pain throughout the treatment period, with patients reporting high tolerability and compliance. This suggests that bromelain can be an effective addition in managing bruises and associated symptoms.

Green tea has high quercetin content, making bromelain without quercetin a better option. Since nattokinase, serrapeptase, and bromelain are usually well-tolerated, I recommend a potent dose of all three for the first two to four months. Nattokinase is particularly noted for fighting blood clots. Despite one negative study on serrapeptase, many individuals find it extremely helpful. For overall circulation improvement, I encourage taking krill oil alongside these supplements.

While eating pineapple relieved my floaters, I bought this to prevent them due to its good reviews for treating hemorrhoids. However, the swelling and bleeding have disappeared, and notably, my gas has lost its foul odour after taking it initially. My bowel movements are good. I've been using this for about ten days as a remedy for rashes. I take one capsule at night with nattokinase, and compared to the time when I only had green juice before meals, my stools are smoother, neither too hard nor too soft, and it's easier to pass. There might be a synergistic effect with other supplements like nattokinase, but I plan to continue for a while.

Bromelain aids in allergy diagnosis

We examined how bromelain, a pineapple extract, helps in identifying allergies to Hymenoptera venom. By analyzing serum from 51 patients, we found that many presented cross-reactive IgE due to a carbohydrate called CCD.

Bromelain played a key role in revealing these cross-reactions, as seen in cases where it significantly reduced reactivity to venom allergens. However, it didn't change the reactivity to specific allergenic peptide epitopes.

Our findings suggest that bromelain could be a valuable tool in better diagnosing and differentiating true allergies from cross-reactive responses.

Initially bought for digestion, yet the effects on allergies and congestion surprised me. I took Bromelain during my last pregnancy to handle severe allergies. After taking it, my nasal congestion improved remarkably. It appears to work well for allergies and sinus congestion.
