I bought it and have not regretted it for a second. It lived up to all expectations! I completely replaced Creon and it helped with digestion; most importantly, my joints began to ache less. It has an anti-inflammatory effect, meaning you can fight arthritis and arthrosis with Doctor's Best, High Potency Bromelain 3000 GDU! According to the German Commission E, bromelain boosts the immune system by stimulating monocytes, natural killer cells, and T-lymphocytes, regulating cytokine levels, eliminating pathogenic immune complexes, and enhancing antitumour immunity that facilitates contact killer cells with cancer cells. I believe every household should have this jar!

I take these every day and have found them to be the best potency. Bromelain comes from pineapple. I began using them on a friend's recommendation, as they were effective against covid. I only had covid for a few days despite five comorbidities while using this supplement, alongside others. I keep taking it as I’ve had cancer, and it appears bromelain has anti-cancer properties. I take these in the mornings, and during my covid, I took it twice a day, but I now take it once daily.

I have used digestive enzymes for two years and have tried many brands. The Doctors Best Bromelain works excellently to break down proteins. I take it during meals and on an empty stomach to support my digestion, combating my cancer and digestive issues. I feel healthier, sleep better, and think more clearly. It's costly since the 90 capsules last less than a month, but I recommend it if you can afford it.
