I HAVE to chime in here…
...when I read more than one review that says they noticed no difference after taking one bottle. Unfortunately vitamins do not work like a prescription medication would. It takes a little longer to notice true results so 30 days isn't going to show you the full potential of any supplement. Here's my experience with Himalaya Herbal's Ashwaganda: I am mom to four boys and about a year ago my blood pressure was elevated due to stress. I was only 34 years old and didn't like the idea of being on a prescribed drug to control it for the rest of my life. I am not one of those anti-pharmaceutical people either; I take prescription ADHD medication daily. But I do like to avoid taking them if I can. I began researching adaptogens (natural substances that help the body adapt to stress). I consulted a person (more than one) who is well educated in vitamins and supplements. I decided to try Himalaya Ashwaganda. I also added New Chapter's Force 300 Rhodiola and their Holy Basil supplements as well. Did I notice a difference right a way...No. Not really. But ever the optimist I kept taking them, I even gave them to my husband to get a second opinion that I trusted. While the change was gradual I will tell you that I definitely notice a difference if I don't take the supplements and my husband agrees. He has a high-stress job and also feels like taking the adaptogens helps him. My kids are the true advocates, since my stress was hardest on them. I don't think the Ashwaganda had much effect on my energy levels, but that wasn't what I was interested in them for. Truthfully, I wouldn't put much stock into the reviews that say "did nothing for me" unless they also include the person continuing to take the product regularly for more than two months. I should mention I am in no way affiliated with any Vitamin or Supplement company nor is it a paid review. As a matter of fact, since I'm on a subscribe and save plan for the product, technially, I paid to be able to make it. This is my true and honest opinion and I hope it's helpful
