Vitamin B deficiency leads to rashTwin Premature Infants With Riboflavin and Biotin Deficiency Presenting With Refractory Lactic Acidosis, Rash, and Multiorgan Failure During Prolonged Parenteral Nutrition.
We explored the effects of riboflavin and biotin deficiencies in premature twins, who initially presented with skin rashes among other severe symptoms. After being diagnosed, one twin began supplementation with these vitamins.
Remarkably, this led to a quick improvement in clinical condition and laboratory findings within days. Though one twin experienced tragic complications resulting in death, the surviving twin went home in stable condition, highlighting the importance of addressing vitamin deficiencies early.

Works! I have hormonal skin issues, with small rashes, peeling, and dry skin on my arms and legs resulting in cracks, and creams haven't been effective. A month ago, I began taking a vitamin complex, and my skin has transformed! There are no rashes before my critical days, my face has an even tone, acne scars have almost faded, and I've stopped experiencing cracking and peeling! While I also take omega, I didn't observe such results before. It's essential to take these vitamins after a meal, as I experienced redness and heat when taking one on an empty stomach. I now avoid that, and I'm very pleased with the results.
