Panthenol mask improves skin barrier
We aimed to evaluate how a panthenol-enriched mask, specifically La Roche-Posay Mask Pro, performs in improving skin barriers for different types, such as dry sensitive, oily sensitive, and oily acne-prone skin.

Over 177 participants used the mask under guidance, and we measured factors like hydration, sebum content, and redness at multiple intervals.

The results showed significant improvements across all skin types, particularly for oily acne skin, which saw reductions in sebum and redness. Importantly, there were no adverse effects reported, indicating that this mask can be a trusty companion for those with various skin concerns.

A split-face study on 20 acne patients compared two treatments applied to opposite sides of the face. The right side received four intense pulsed light (IPL) sessions spaced two weeks apart, while the left side received topical nicotinamide 4% (vitamin B3) cream applied twice daily for two months.

Both treatments significantly improved inflammatory acne lesions. However, IPL delivered noticeably better results than the nicotinamide cream, with patients expressing greater satisfaction with the light-based approach. The findings suggest IPL is a safe and effective option for mild to moderate acne, particularly when other systemic treatments aren't suitable.

Clears cystic acne

I've been using this vitamin supplement for two months now, and I absolutely love it. It has cleared almost all of my cystic acne, made my skin softer, and significantly reduced my acne overall. I take one capsule daily and wish I had discovered this sooner for my skin.

Significant skin improvement

Works! I have hormonal skin issues, including small rashes and dryness. A month ago, I started taking a complex of vitamins, and the difference is remarkable. My skin doesn’t produce rashes even before my period, has a more even tone, and acne scars have faded. I did experience some redness after taking it on an empty stomach, but now, I only take it post-meal with no side effects. My skin condition has vastly improved, so I highly recommend it!

Visible improvements in acne

A very nice complex! I took it for myself and my son, who has acne. We are seeing improvements, but comprehensive care is essential, including cleansing and nutrition. This supplement is great as it contains vitamin B6 in its active form. The change in urine colour is normal; it’s how excess vitamins are expelled.

Amazing for adult acne
3 people found this helpful
This works wonders for my adult acne! After trying nearly everything without success, this has proven to be the most effective and fastest solution. Within a week of taking this, I observed a major improvement in my skin. I combine it with vitamin A, evening primrose oil, and lysine, also applying rose hip oil for scars. I truly believe it could work well on its own. I take about seven daily and am on my third bottle, with intentions to continue ordering!
