If I can assist anyone struggling like I have through a simple review, I would be pleased. This item has helped clear my hormonal acne. In my 30s, I've struggled to find anything to stop hormonal breakouts. I hate being on the pill because of how it makes me feel. I've tried various prescription topicals, but only antibiotics worked, which I don’t want to take indefinitely. After three months, I've noticed a huge difference, particularly within a week.

Evening primrose oil is crucial for women's hormonal health, comprising omega-6 fatty acids like linoleic and gamma-linolenic acid. It assists with PMS and menopause symptoms and helps treat skin conditions, including psoriasis. The oil reduces inflammation, improves skin functioning, and supports hormonal balance. I highly recommend it for overall health benefits.

Eyelashes regrowth
Most Useful Review
Good for female hair loss! I've experienced extreme hair loss over the past few years, losing about three-quarters of my hair. My doctors attributed it to childbirth, but my child is now 2.5 years old. After researching, I started taking saw palmetto, evening primrose oil, and iron. A few months later, I've noticed my eyelashes and leg hairs growing back, and I assume my head hair is too. One or more of these remedies are working! The herbs are safe, so they’re worth trying if you’re dealing with hair loss.

Works for arthritis. This product works for my RA. I take one at night and one in the morning, alleviating stiffness in my fingers. When I stopped for three days, my arthritis flared up again. Other brands haven’t worked and sometimes caused nightmares, so I returned to this one. It works for me.

It supports fertility, has anti-inflammatory properties, and is beneficial for the skin, hair, and joints. The capsules are large; however, one is sufficient daily. Most Useful Review
I am going through menopause and was experiencing hot flashes, as my family members reported. After some research, I started taking one of these daily, and they stopped cold (pun intended). Since then, I haven’t had any hot flashes. Even when I ran out and missed a few days, they returned until I resumed taking this supplement. It really works for me, and my doctor agrees it's beneficial for menopausal symptoms.

Evening Primrose Oil is an incredible supplement that helped me with PMS discomfort and also alleviated breast pain! It positively influences my skin and bolsters immunity. I adore this supplement and will order it again. Although the capsules are slightly larger than omega 3, they are easy to swallow. After 60 days, I find this regimen very cost-effective! I trust this company completely; this supplement is worth every penny! The quality is exceptional, and it does not contain hexane, being derived through cold pressing.

I'm fond of this brand, but I suggest conducting a spot test for allergies. I had a severe eruption of hives within 30 minutes of taking it. Luckily, I had Benadryl on hand. The issue seems to stem from my allergy to borage rather than a filler.

Exacerbated my symptoms
Most Useful Review
I tried this product to alleviate my excess estrogen symptoms, but ironically, it made them worse, causing cramps and bloating. After several weeks, I realised it was doing more harm than good. I've stopped taking it, and now both the bloating and cramps have subsided. Additionally, it contains soy, known to increase estrogen levels, which raised my concerns.
