In my 30s, I've struggled to find anything to stop hormonal breakouts. I hate being on the pill because of how it makes me feel. I bought it for dermatitis and acne, and after a month of taking it with zinc and antiseptics, my symptoms improved considerably. The itching and redness have subsided, and only menstrual-related acne appears now. It takes time to work, but I've found evening primrose effective compared to Omega-3.
