Pectin is a fantastic remedy for my gastrointestinal tract. I've suffered from allergies for years; however, after my doctor recommended a combination of Psyllium, Inulin, and Pectin, I've been living fully without hormonal allergy medications for three years. My order arrived quickly, and I definitely prefer this particular pectin over others I've tried. I find it neatly packaged, and the capsules are medium-sized and easy to take with warm water in the morning. Since starting this at age 40, my bowel movements have normalised, unpleasant odours have ceased, and I've lost 10 kg. The initial bloating from the first week passed quickly, and I highly recommend it.
