Boron has eliminated my night spasms. After two months of taking two capsules of Boron with one capsule of magnesium/calcium, I can confirm it has worked. Previously, my right leg would move during sleep, causing my big toe to scratch and bleed my left ankle. Since stopping the movement about three weeks ago, I have had no scratches or bleeding, just a few scars remain. My wife has noticed I no longer slide my feet around at night. I intend to continue taking Boron with magnesium to prevent the return of leg cramps and benefit my overall health.
