Perhaps it's unusual to mention, but I've found that my constipation has improved after taking two capsules of this supplement daily. I read a comment about Boron helping with constipation, and it appears to be effective for me too. My symptoms have notably improved!

Rice causes constipation
The rice filler in this product made me constipated, as rice generally affects me that way. My husband, however, has no issues with it. We both have osteoporosis, and boron is beneficial for us.
