I purchased this MCT oil due to its benefits for brain functions. I often added it to my coffee or took a spoonful each morning. I added MCT oil to my morning coffee as it’s a great energy source, especially with two young children and chronic sleep deprivation. I truly noticed the effects on the fifth day; my fatigue vanished and I no longer wake up feeling shattered. Now, I have the energy for everything and I'm in a good mood! I will definitely continue drinking it and highly recommend it to everyone!

Could it be magic in a bottle? I recently entered perimenopause and felt dreadful for months. Not sleeping well and feeling awful. My friend suggested this, and I can honestly say I feel 100% better. I add a tablespoon to my coffee each morning—it's simple, with no taste or smell! I've also been advised to buy organic and am pleasantly surprised to have lost 6 pounds.

This MCT oil has been a fantastic addition to my daily routine; I use several tablespoons each day as it's a powerful yeast killer and an excellent asset for anyone on the Paleo diet. I appreciate the brown bottle that protects the oil from going rancid. The only drawback is the cap, which can be messy when pouring, so I prefer to use a different one.

Eases constipation
Most Useful Review
To alleviate constipation, I mix oil and ghee into my coffee every morning. If consumed as is, the oil floats on top and is difficult to drink, so I stir it with a milk frother and add milk foam. Previously, I relied on laxatives, but with this, I experience easy bowel movements without stomach pain, and I hope it remains effective. When prices increased, I tried various MCT oils from different brands, but none provided the same benefit, leading me to believe this is the only suitable option for me.

It works well for adrenal gland disorder! I was advised that it would help, and I decided to give it a try. Every evening, after dinner, I often felt incapable of moving, as if I were lying down forever! I struggled to complete basic tasks like brushing my teeth or taking a bath, but suddenly I found I could stay up late and engage in various activities. I learned that coffee isn’t beneficial for adrenal gland disorder, so I’ve replaced it with muesli and other alternatives. Thank you, mates!

Excellent! It effectively aids my memory. I use it in bulletproof coffee in the mornings with added coconut condensed milk. Since childhood, my memory has been foggy, and I've often felt tired. I learned about this from Dr Berg and read numerous comments on his YouTube videos, where many report improvements in memory, focus, and speech in children with autism. Additionally, a doctor shared a video about her husband, who was diagnosed with dementia at 51. After trying this for a month, she observed significant improvements in his reasoning and memory. There’s no harm in trying, and I have greatly benefited from it. My memory is sharp, and I feel energised! Start with a teaspoon and gradually increase the amount.

MCT Oil is fantastic because it doesn't require the gallbladder to secrete bile to break down or dissolve this type of medium-chain fat; it turns into ketones directly. This is particularly helpful for those who have had their gallbladder removed or have poor bile secretion, plus it enhances satiety and increases energy. I noticed its effectiveness before going to the club, significantly aiding my activity and endurance.

This product worked for relieving my chronic constipation when nothing else helped. Over the past 2.5 years following gallbladder removal, I struggled to go once a week. After ingesting this in my morning coffee for around eight months, I now go like clockwork. Though I experienced a brief tolerance, adjusting my usage resolved that. This has saved my sanity, possibly my life, from prolonged constipation.

We examined the impact of medium-chain triacylglycerol (MCT) oil on cholesterol levels in patients with high triglycerides. Over 12 weeks, participants alternated between diets featuring corn oil and different proportions of MCT.

While MCT effectively prevented the post-meal spike in triglycerides, it also significantly raised total cholesterol levels compared to corn oil. In short, MCT oil can be beneficial in some ways, but it may not be the best choice for managing cholesterol levels in those with hypertriglyceridemia.

I began using MCT oil to manage a Candida Albicans infection in my gut, which took around four months. Now, MCT oil has become an essential part of my kitchen, as I drizzle it over various foods for a delightful buttery flavour. More importantly, it effectively helps suppress any fungal activity. While it might be quite rich when taken by the teaspoon, it can be more manageable if swished around in the mouth first. It really does taste like movie popcorn butter!

Additionally, it normalises intestinal microflora, boosts endurance, stabilises glucose levels in individuals with type 2 diabetes, and may prevent liver cirrhosis development.

We investigated the effects of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) induced by obesity. By treating mice with various dietary fats over 16 weeks, we observed that MCTs significantly improved weight and blood lipid levels, and reduced liver fat more effectively than traditional vegetable oils. Significant changes in bile acid composition were also noted, with MCTs promoting beneficial FXR signaling. Overall, MCTs demonstrated a promising potential in managing NAFLD, offering a better option than common long-chain oils.

It comes out forcefully from the container, so it takes some practice to use. It has no taste but does have a slight coconut scent, making it perfect for coffee and curries.

We explored the impact of diets rich in medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) on weight loss in overweight men. In a crossover study, 24 men followed MCT and long-chain triglyceride (LCT) diets for 28 days each.

Results showed that those on MCT diets experienced greater fat loss and increased energy expenditure compared to LCT. This suggests that MCTs can help in reducing body fat and potentially support weight loss strategies.

However, while MCTs seem beneficial, further research is needed for comprehensive conclusions.
