These are the first melatonin supplements we’ve used, and I wish I’d tried them years ago! My 7-year-old has ADHD and has struggled to fall asleep since birth. An average night would take 1-2 hours filled with restlessness and running around. However, with these, one gummy had her asleep within half an hour! After realising she felt drowsy the next day, we reduced her dose to half a gummy, and that seems perfect. She now falls asleep quickly (within 10-15 minutes) and wakes refreshed. I 10/10 recommend these for children with autism or adhd. They are amazing! My neurodivergent kids struggle to sleep, as they can't seem to switch off their brains. These dissolve on the tongue and taste pleasant enough, a huge win considering my kids also have avoidant restrictive food intake disorder and sensory processing disorder. L-theanine is a quality supplement for anxiety and stress, derived from green tea. It should be taken with food. A study published in Nature indicates that the combination of caffeine and theanine helps individuals with ADHD maintain calm focus. The capsules are odourless and tasteless. I’ve been using this remedy since 2015, and it has consistently helped. My Fitbit shows a decrease in heart rate a few hours after intake. Since L-theanine has a half-life of 90 minutes, another capsule is needed after about three hours. It's suitable for a vegetarian diet.

What a Godsend! I saw on the television that Theanine was being tested with children who have ADHD. I recommend TwinLab and just 100 mg for kids. I have ADD, as does my daughter, and I love this stuff for me—far better than any antidepressant or anxiety medication I have taken! We are calmer now and don’t feel anxious anymore. The best omega-3 supplement. I have ASD/ADHD, and it's a daily essential! I will repurchase again! (Update on Jan 11, 2025: why the absurd 100% price increase? Not buying anymore!)

I take 2 capsules a day, including proteins and vitamins B, C, and E as a base supplement. I find this product beneficial as the dosage is minimal for Japanese supplements. By adding niacin to my daily B-50 regimen, the impulsivity in my ADHD symptoms has almost vanished. Vitamin B is indeed crucial.

I am a practitioner of the Fujikawa theory, treating developmental disorders with a low-sugar, high-protein diet and vitamin-mineral supplements. I have ADHD, typically associated with lethargy in women, but I have nearly overcome it (the perfectionistic tendencies of ASD linger). Taking B vitamins has significantly improved my well-being. Dr. Tokumi Fujikawa recommends a high intake of B vitamins for treating developmental disorders, so I aim for 350g per day in divided doses. This approach aids not only in treating developmental disorders but also in recovering from fatigue. The vitamin B group is excellent for dieting, as it boosts the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids. Research in rats suggests B vitamins can improve obesity genes. Now's products are high quality and affordable, and I will continue using them.

I have ADHD and tend to get irritated over trivial matters, so I bought this after reading the reviews. Since I started drinking it, I've noticed that I am less irritated. I feel my ability to concentrate has increased, and it has become something I can't do without.
