Love! Saved from herpes! I take 2g of vitamin C daily and plan to increase to 3g by winter. In the past year, I haven't caught colds, despite regular stress and lack of sleep. Excellent quality and convenient packaging! You need just two capsules a day, making it easy to manage your intake. Vitamin C should be consumed in small, frequent doses, so I often divide the contents of each capsule into three doses, washing it down with water. The taste is a bit bitter but pure. I found that after a stressful event, taking a third of the capsule calms me down. Additionally, I noticed I’ve been falling sick less frequently. Upon sensing herpes, I simply increase my vitamin intake, and it soon dissipates. Stay healthy!

Vitamin C in the form of Ester-C with citrus bioflavonoids and Lysine proved effective in my battle against herpes! Ester-C stays in the body longer, enhancing its effect, while citrus bioflavonoids help absorb vitamin C better. I took it for genital herpes at 1000mg daily and noted fewer rashes and quicker recovery times. It’s vital to avoid sugar and yeast products while on an antiviral regimen. In 2019, I only caught a cold once, and in 2020, despite my family falling ill, I remained healthy. I attribute this improved immunity to Ester-C. Good! This natural antiviral is effective against influenza and herpes simplex. Although the capsules are a tad large, they are better than syrup since they don’t stain teeth. If taken at the first signs, consuming three capsules daily ensures that symptoms disappear by the end of two days. My entire family has tried it, and the dose for our 12-year-old was unchanged. There are no side effects, making it a staple in our medicine cabinet.

Miracle oil! We have long wanted to buy tea tree oil without alcohol. It’s a fantastic remedy for herpes on the lips, superior to acyclovir. Just remember not to lose faith after the first day! Consistent application leads to a visible reduction on the second day, when the herpes rash noticeably decreases and dries out. I also found it useful for foot fungus and peeling, although I haven't yet seen significant antiviral action.

Fantastic! I suffer from herpes and often get sores on my finger. If I consistently take Quercetin early, it helps eliminate the symptoms before they worsen. My sister, who deals with rhinitis, also uses it. It’s essential to have rest periods, so I only take it when symptoms arise!
