Tea tree is an absolute favourite. My family uses it as an antiseptic when travelling to avoid infections, and it is effective for nail fungus, foot fungus, lice, cuts, bug bites, acne, and clearing the air in a diffuser if someone is ill, among other uses. Personally, I love the smell, although it is strong and some find it unpleasant. If you experience leg cramps at night and have tried magnesium and vitamin B but still feel restless legs, using a few drops of undiluted tea tree oil can help you enjoy peaceful legs once more!
