I learned about the medication from our paramedic and purchased it for treating sigmoid colon diverticulosis and constipation. Remarkably, the drug took effect after just one capsule. By the next day, I noted improvements over the following 10 days. I found that taking a pill in the morning guarantees a bowel movement by evening. Most astonishingly, the pain in my left lower abdomen vanished, and the diverticulosis symptoms diminished. My bowel habits have significantly improved, and the constipation has resolved! Excellent for diverticulitis and diverticulosis. I attribute my recovery from a severe bout of diverticulitis over a year ago to Slippery Elm. I now take 2 capsules before each meal with a glass of water to prevent any irritation and swelling related to diverticulitis, and I have not experienced a flare since.
