I take two tablets before bed when I experience constipation, notably before my period. There's been no dramatic change, but I feel that the melancholy associated with constipation has eased. The capsule is a bit large, but it is quite easy to swallow without getting stuck in my throat.

Discomfort noted
This was supposed to be my third day of using it, but I've decided to stop to see if I feel better, as it seems there's some trapped gas in my chest and throat. I noticed this discomfort yesterday, with quite a bit of belching, but it feels like something is stuck inside. I'm uncertain whether to continue slowly or stop entirely.
