This product was recommended by my dermatologist as part of a comprehensive therapy for treating acne.
I’ve been taking B vitamins for a long time, and I hardly ever experience acne now. I selected the slow-release type for better absorption, as water-soluble B vitamins aren’t stored in the body and need daily replenishment.
This works wonders for my skin and hair; I also take it with vitamin E and A. My skin looks healthier, less oily, and has fewer acne issues.
I struggle with metabolising fat and sugar, but vitamin B has increased my appetite and reduced postprandial fatigue. My acne has decreased too. Since it's time-release, there's no need to take it multiple times a day, and I appreciate that it's affordable and easy to maintain.

I was searching for a sustained release vitamin due to my acne and canker sores. Although it has an unpleasant taste and smell, it’s effective. I only take it during breakouts, and it really helps heal the spots before they worsen. I highly recommend it.
