I take this when my throat feels peculiar, I feel exhausted, or I sense a cold coming on. Since I've been using it, I've practically stopped catching colds. It has a high vitamin B content, which I believe makes it fairly effective.

Each tablet, although slightly large, is solid rather than a capsule, making it easy to swallow without it sticking in my throat. The company's products come in compact containers, which are handy for carrying along with other supplements.

This is a great supplement that is both affordable and has good ingredients. Although it's a sustained-release type, I found it a bit challenging to swallow due to its size. However, there hasn’t been any niacin flush yet! Overall, it's a very good product for the price.
