I had been using B50 time release but didn't feel much effect, so I switched to B100. With B100, I felt both sleepy and energised, and my fatigue improved dramatically. I didn't experience a niacin flush, so I feel safe taking it. It is advisable to consume it in the morning or afternoon, as drinking it late at night can cause insomnia for some individuals.
