PROVEN EFFECTIVE FOR JOINTS, HAIR, SKIN AND NAILS I ordered this gelatin primarily for my joints and tendons, but I also hoped for luxurious hair and elastic skin as a bonus. I began with three capsules of gelatin per day, alongside Omega-3 and amla. After some time, I adjusted to two gelatin capsules, two Omega-3 capsules, and one tablet of ascorbic acid. The capsules are small, approximately 2 cm long and 0.5 cm wide, with no taste or smell, making them easy to swallow without requiring much water. I did not experience any aftertaste or belching. Shortly before starting the gelatin, I had cut my hair and was surprised to find it growing rapidly. The omega surely contributes, whilst my skin appears more elastic, with wrinkles less visible.

Gelatin has an excellent effect on joints, ligaments, cartilage and tendons, and I have taken it for this very reason for quite some time. With regular use, it performs comparably to collagen, alleviating (non-chronic) joint pain effectively!

Always take gelatin for joints! It’s an excellent supplement for sore joints, but ensure the dosage is adequate; the average daily amount is necessary for effectiveness. However, it should not be taken if there is kidney damage, as it contains collagen molecules sourced from bones, tendons, and cartilage. Be healthy!
