Severe headaches warning

Awful headache and side effects! I took this for six days and developed progressively worse headaches. By the final day, I experienced a terrible headache with severe neck tension, coupled with tiredness due to poor quality sleep. After stopping, the side effects disappeared quickly. I should have researched more, as many complaints exist regarding severe headaches from this supplement.

Mum loves these; I’m still figuring them out. They made me feel hungry and a bit sleepy. I think how one feels depends on when they're taken, so I’ll keep experimenting with timing. My mother, who battles headaches, loves them and says they clear her head. I’m ordering another bottle just for her!
