Caused personal discomfort
It did not work for me personally; it caused heartburn, unfortunately. I felt unwell after taking it, even though I had it two hours after eating. It might be possible to try it on an empty stomach, but I’m apprehensive. At least I bought a small package.

Really amazing! More than wonderful for enhancing training efficiency, increasing male hormones, and aiding weight loss. It does not cause heartburn or acidity.

Fire! I am very pleased with the quality; my trainer recommended it to me. It definitely enhanced my endurance during workouts—my muscles didn't tire as quickly, and I had sufficient energy for strength training. It tasted good and did not cause me any heartburn.

Initial heartburn experienced
I bought this to try for the first time. It was very sour and caused heartburn at first. However, they claim it is better absorbed. Now, I take it after meals and everything is fine. I recommend it.
