Even energy boost

I have been battling chronic fatigue and take many supplements. However, this supplement evenly disperses energy throughout the day, allowing me to have consistent energy until about 6-7pm. Previously, after a couple of hours with other supplements, I would feel bedridden and unable to move, which was quite disheartening. I am very pleased with the effects of this supplement. The only downside is that it's quite large and has gotten stuck in my throat; I take many supplements, and this doesn’t happen with others. Please consider making a smaller version. I hope this helps someone in their health journey.

I feel warm within a few days of starting this supplement. I will keep taking it for a while, but I advise caution as the grains are quite large and can get caught in your throat.

Increased sweating

Since I began taking the tablets before exercising, I notice that they sometimes get stuck in my throat due to their size. However, after taking them, I feel I can sweat more easily than usual, which is great for my diet efforts. I plan to continue this routine.
