Improved energy levels
I have been battling chronic fatigue for some time and take various supplements. However, I’ve found that this particular supplement seems to distribute energy consistently throughout the day. Previously, after taking many supplements, I would only have energy for a couple of hours. Now, I experience an even energy level nearly all day until about 6 or 7 pm, which is fantastic! I used to be bed-ridden after just a couple of hours, which was rather disheartening. Therefore, I am very pleased with the effects of this supplement. My only suggestion is to make the pills smaller, as they can become lodged in my throat. I take numerous supplements, and this issue does not occur with others. I hope this information is helpful to someone.

Even energy boost
I have been battling chronic fatigue and take many supplements. However, this supplement evenly disperses energy throughout the day, allowing me to have consistent energy until about 6-7pm. Previously, after a couple of hours with other supplements, I would feel bedridden and unable to move, which was quite disheartening. I am very pleased with the effects of this supplement. The only downside is that it's quite large and has gotten stuck in my throat; I take many supplements, and this doesn’t happen with others. Please consider making a smaller version. I hope this helps someone in their health journey.

I feel warm within a few days of starting this supplement. I will keep taking it for a while, but I advise caution as the grains are quite large and can get caught in your throat.

Increased sweating
Since I began taking the tablets before exercising, I notice that they sometimes get stuck in my throat due to their size. However, after taking them, I feel I can sweat more easily than usual, which is great for my diet efforts. I plan to continue this routine.
