This is my second purchase, and I find it very useful for insulin resistance. The quality is high and the ingredients help compensate for the lack of the substance that aids insulin transport to cells, also effectively getting rid of excess naturally. The package is sizeable, but it must be taken alongside exercise and a balanced diet. While the pill is large and not the best-tasting, it significantly reduces bloating and water retention.
