These supplements don’t require chewing like a tablet or sucking like a hard candy (which I often fear choking on); instead, they dissolve easily in my mouth within a minute. The taste is pleasant enough that I can use them regularly. Due to dysphagia, I can't swallow solid foods, so I rely on these for my daily intake of vitamin C, D, and Zinc, which keep my immune system strong against colds or flu.
