I’m interested in detox, yet I’m uncertain how to proceed. I don’t mind not eating it if it doesn’t make a difference. I noticed my bowel movements are smoother, and perhaps my acne seems slightly reduced? I want to dismiss that thought, but my face does appear cleaner. Though I’m unsure if this is due to this product or the propolis and anti-inflammatories I’ve been taking. Overall, I feel I have a decent complexion, yet I can’t determine if my skin looks light or dark. It’s perplexing and while it’s a significant concern, it may relate to other supplements I've tried, which I find disappointing since I haven't seen any evidence of effectiveness beyond its affordability.
