I really like this papaya enzyme and reorder it regularly. When I feel heavy in my stomach, I dissolve two tablets to aid digestion and usually feel better within 30-40 minutes. With 250 tablets per bottle, it lasts a long time and is economical. They taste quite pleasant, similar to candy. When I tried them with chlorophyll, I also enjoyed it, as they can be dissolved in your mouth to soothe a sore throat. I believe the quality is excellent due to the evident effects.

It relieves bloating and indigestion. Upon opening the box, I found medium-sized, white, oval-shaped pills. I would take one with each meal, grinding it between my teeth and drinking water afterwards. Initially, it caused a migraine and a choking sensation, which lingered even after the headache subsided.
