They took it with the whole family to break down dead parasites, as this helps prevent intoxication. While it can be taken without enzymes, I find they are more effective. These enzymes improved my digestion greatly and dealt with a feeling of heaviness after eating, even in small amounts. They also have a pleasant taste, making it enjoyable for both my children and husband.

With a pleasant sweetish taste that doesn't stick to the teeth, I take one tablet after meals. I have noticed a marked improvement! There is hardly any heaviness post-meal, and my digestive system has become much more active. I am thoroughly pleased and intend to continue using it!
