I tried Ester-C with citrus bioflavonoids and experienced remarkable changes. For years, I struggled with non-healing skin inflammations, but within a week, all the wounds and bites healed, and acne ceased to appear. Effective allergy support
I take 500 mg of Vitamin C daily or two capsules during allergy season and when I'm exposed to sick colleagues. Although I usually take liposomal Vitamin C, these are a reliable alternative. They aid in supporting my immune system after long workouts and distance running.
