I had suffered from headaches since adolescence due to low oxygen events, but after starting vitamin C for immunity, my headaches diminished. This vitamin helps oxygen reach my brain, which is essential. I now consume it daily, mainly in pure powder form, and I've not been ill for years. I hope it continues to strengthen my immune system during the pandemic. Health to all, take care and stay safe from the pandemic!

We often overlook vitamin C, but I've found that active intake can enhance immunity. After falling ill with a sore throat and headache due to a sudden cold snap, I quickly took vitamin C every two hours. Amazingly, by the next day, my headache and sore throat had subsided almost completely. Previously, I used to gargle and take various treatments, but none worked as effectively as this vitamin in relieving my symptoms.

When my parcel arrived, I had a headache from lack of sleep due to a teething child. After taking an Ester-C capsule, my headache vanished within ten minutes, and I felt more energetic. This product worked better than I could have imagined! Initially just an expensive vitamin C, it became essential for my family after my boyfriend and I found relief from illness within a day of taking it. We usually take two daily, but during that illness we increased our dosage to 6-8. I eventually woke with herpes, but took 8 capsules and saw remarkable improvement. This vitamin C is unlike anything else I've tried.

I encountered this remarkable vitamin C when I opted to take iron for improved absorption. The capsules have a pleasant chalky scent. I initially took one daily, but when I felt unwell during an early ARVI episode, I decided to increase my intake to 2g daily. Miraculously, by the third day, my headache had vanished and the cold symptoms disappeared. Typically, it takes longer for me to recover. I had also taken 50 micrograms of zinc, so it appears the combination works!

The composition of these vitamins seems promising, yet I experienced a significant issue. After a few days of taking vitamin C in the form of ascorbate, I developed headaches. This side effect is quite concerning for me.
