Works I ordered for myself after a knee injury. The diagnosis is Chondromalacia Patella. I’ve definitely noticed improvement; the clicking and crunching sounds have stopped, and I can squat without pain. The aches that occur with changing weather have also abated. However, I faced constipation while using the treatment. When I stopped taking it, my bowel movements normalised.
