Severe bloating

Not suitable for people with sensitive stomachs. I had a yeast infection and took one immediately upon receiving this product. Instantly, I experienced severe bloating and gas within 30 seconds. The pain was unlike anything I’ve ever felt. A generic Gas X pill calmed it down, but I had to visit a gynaecologist afterward. If you have a sensitive stomach, steer clear of this.

Designed for women. I've been taking a probiotic daily and thought I'd try this one, which is tailored for women due to my history of UTIs. They were packaged well and appeared fresh. I don’t notice much difference from regular probiotics, but since starting them, I haven’t faced any unpleasant female issues, and I believe they've kept my bloating at bay. I appreciate the inclusion of Intelliflora to balance good bacteria for women. I’ll continue taking them despite the slightly higher price.
