Great! The dosage is good and does not lead to any negative effects, such as heartburn. I stopped taking most dietary supplements for this reason. I highly recommend it and see no reason not to continue using it!

I regularly buy Alpha Lipoic Acid as it's a necessary antioxidant. I've found that it causes heartburn when taken on an empty stomach, so it's better to have it after a meal along with plenty of water.
