Aconite is one of my favourite homeopathic remedies. It is excellent for a chronic cough and when illness strikes quickly and intensely. It reduced my daughter's cough from a 10 to a 2! Everyone should keep this on hand.

My daughter took this for pneumonia when she had a high fever. Our doctor prescribed it when her temperature was normal, but she still had a dry chronic cough. Three peas three times a day for seven days.
