I don't care how, but this product really works! The first time I took it, I had a sore throat and slight fever, and I truly did not expect it to work. As soon as the pellets started dissolving under my tongue, my throat pain disappeared. The next morning, my fever was gone, and I felt fine. I've now avoided colds and flu multiple times by using this product. Unfortunately, I was out this week when symptoms started and got sick. I’m buying a larger pack to ensure I always have it on hand, but I wish it were less expensive.
