I'm a 53-year-old male using this product to improve my bone density. Two years ago, I was nearly diagnosed with osteoporosis. Initially, I used various natural supplements, but only saw steady results. However, after a year of adding this and more K2, I just had a Dexa scan and improved my T-score from -2.4 to -1.8!
