I had high hopes for relief from chronic dry eyes and skin. Unfortunately, this product caused significant anxiety. I tried it thrice, but severe anxiety symptoms appeared within hours. I have a similar reaction to fish oil supplements, so it could just be my experience. I rated it one star due to the unpleasant burps and its non-returnable nature. However, I received a refund after contacting customer service.

I purchased this for rosacea and continue to use it for mental clarity. While I'm uncertain about its effects on my rosacea, I've found it beneficial for digestion and immunity. I feel calmer and more focused at work when I take it. If I skip doses, I notice an increase in anxiety. I’ve also noticed improvements in my 12-year-old son's immunity and anxiety levels after taking it, and I've recommended it to others who report similar benefits.
