Sea buckthorn oil improves vaginal health
We investigated the effect of sea buckthorn (SB) oil on vaginal atrophy in postmenopausal women. In a well-structured randomized, double-blind study with 116 participants, women consumed either SB oil or a placebo for three months. Our findings showed significant improvements in vaginal health among those taking SB oil, particularly in the integrity of the vaginal epithelium.

These results suggest that sea buckthorn may serve as a valuable alternative for women unable to use estrogen therapy for vaginal atrophy symptoms.

Effective for vulvovaginal atrophy symptoms
We investigated the effectiveness of a new vaginal gel containing sea buckthorn oil aimed at relieving symptoms of vulvovaginal atrophy (VVA) in postmenopausal women.

In our randomized, placebo-controlled study with 60 participants, we applied the gel over three months, looking for improvements in vaginal dryness and sexual function.

The findings indicated that the gel was effective and safe, offering a promising option for women experiencing VVA symptoms.

This suggests that sea buckthorn could play a valuable role in managing postmenopausal health.

Sea Buckthorn improves bone density
We explored how Sea Buckthorn Fatty Acid impacts osteoporosis in older female rats, focusing on bone density and hormonal changes.

Over a period of 45 days, treatments showed promising results. The bone density and overall bone structure improved with higher doses of Sea Buckthorn.

This suggests that Sea Buckthorn may support bone health in post-menopausal conditions, potentially linked to estrogen and other hormones.

While this study is compelling, further research is needed to fully understand its application in humans.

This was a game changer for me. I exercise and take care of myself. I was shocked when I went through menopause at age 48 and began to experience dryness. Now, at 61, it felt unappetising. My gynecologist prescribed vaginal inserts which were not very effective. Eventually, I was in pain during exams and felt cheated in my marriage. I researched and found Membrasin, but it was expensive in blister packs. I then tried Sea Buckthorn Oil, which contains similar ingredients, including Omega 7. In the first week, I noticed improvements; it was not the same as when I was younger, but my condition improved. After two months of taking it, I feel physically and mentally better. Definitely worth the price, and I'm reordering today.
