Prevents flare-ups
You never know how good it is until it's gone. I didn’t realise how well this was working for me until I had to go without for 3 weeks. During that time, I caught a bad cold, and my rosacea flared up in blisters all over my nose, along with a migraine headache. These issues used to be regular for me until I started taking this over a year ago. I forgot all about the headaches and blisters and enjoyed a "normal" life for a year. Now that it's back in my routine, I’m healing again. I will never run out of this product again.

Wonderful! Results after just 2 weeks! I have ocular rosacea and found this recommended for dry eyes. After a few days, I noticed an improvement in my eyes—though not cured, I still need drops. My eyes don't feel as sore and tired as before. Most significantly, my skin has greatly benefited. Prior to taking these, my facial skin was uneven, pale, and dry. Now it’s smooth, even in tone, and I've stopped using foundation, using only mineral powder with excellent results!
