Strong and energising
This B-vitamin is potent. I have taken many B-vitamins over the years, and this one is strong and effective—it provides energy almost immediately. Although a lot tends to be flushed away, this one absorbs much better than most. It’s a great formula.

Effective for ulcers
In terms of quality and composition, many of the weight and folic acid are methylated. There's no flushing involved. Sometimes I take two pills, and the effect is excellent; it’s potent for mouth ulcers. I appreciate that there's no niacin flushing. The packaging is attractive, although it's slightly expensive. At that time, I purchased it at a loss, and after more than 10 days, I found it at half price.
