Supports baby development
I used to try omega-3 from various manufacturers, but during pregnancy, I have settled on Carlson Labs, which offers a high-quality omega. It's crucial to get enough omega-3s during pregnancy to support the baby's development and reduce the risk of developmental delays, ADHD, and autism. Even if I consume sufficient fish and seafood daily, the need for omega during pregnancy is high, making deficiency easy.

Curious effects on symptoms
I appreciate that it comes with a small bottle! As someone with ADHD, I've heard positive things about fish oil, so I decided to try this. It reportedly takes 1-2 months to see results, so I'm eager to see how it affects my symptoms. The pills are large, of great quality, and there’s no fishy aftertaste.

No noticeable change
These are big, soft gels without any taste. I sometimes take 3-4 soft gels due to my cholesterol and ADHD. However, I haven't noticed any difference yet, and I understand that it may take time.
