The experiment's result was STUNNING❗️ My nails and hair are unrecognisable, and I've cleansed my blood of cholesterol🐠 Omega 3 is incredibly essential for female beauty; it supports healthy hair, nails, and skin. Our bodies cannot produce them, so we must obtain them externally. A natural triglyceride supplement is better absorbed. With regular use, my skin looks more nourished and small spots heal faster. Omega 3 has helped my dry hair, and my nails grow well and are less prone to breakage. For those who experience PMS, Omega-3 smooths out symptoms effectively.

Almost a panacea Omega with optimal EPA and DHA acids. No need to consume six capsules a day—it's practical. Although the capsules are large, they are easy to swallow. There’s a slight lemon scent, but no fishy taste. Taking this omega has reduced chronic inflammation and my premenstrual syndrome symptoms have eased. I did not expect such an effect, but getting up in the morning has become easier, I've felt cheerful, and my skin has begun to glow. I also take Vitamin E and C alongside it.

Skin nourishment benefits
This is one of my preferred omega supplements—800mg in one capsule, and I take two. It's important to refrigerate after opening, as fats can oxidise quickly. If you don't suffer from fat absorption issues or low platelets, this omega oil nourishes my skin and alleviates my premenstrual syndrome symptoms. I've been taking it for three months, then I take a break.
