Magnesium is essential in nearly 300 bodily processes. The chelate form, glycinate, helps with irritability, depression, and sleep issues without causing weakness. Special effects begin, and when I take my usual medication along with magnesium, the migraine subsides within a couple of hours. Previously, it would incapacitate me for at least half a day.
