I purchased Echinacea based on rave reviews for treating colds in children, but it caused severe hives in my child.
I bought this for a child and found it effective for boosting the immune system. However, while using it, my child developed hives, which our doctor attributed to echinacea. I also tried it, and my nose and eyes began to itch. Allergy sufferers should exercise caution with this product, though the taste was pleasant, and it should be refrigerated after opening.

I bought this for rave reviews as an excellent cold remedy for children, but it caused severe hives in my child.
We decided to use it for prevention as there was a wave of illnesses. I gave my child 8 drops daily for 10 days, and he ended up with hives all over his body. There may be allergenic components in the preparation, given that my child has allergies.
DO NOT purchase!! My son got hives from head to toe. I bought this to boost his immune system after a stomach virus. Two days after starting it, he broke out in hives. Upon reviewing the ingredients, I found orange essential oil. Why include essential oil in a children's vitamin? I should have checked the label better, but I was swayed by the price. It seems more expensive is indeed better. I would never recommend this company.
