MASSIVE!!!
Did the research, recommended by doctor to increase calcium levels. I think it's likely to help, but haven't taken long or had blood work redone to see affects. This does not cause any stomach pain. BUT- these are insanely large (4 per day). HUGE 😳! I have had my fair share of big horse pills and some were this size but a gelcap, but this is a new one. I don't like pills being so large you feel like you have to have someone around when you take it just in case you choke. Cutting them in half seems somewhat manageable, but the odd shape and texture even taken one at a time has caused them to become lodged at the back of my throat, causing gagging and lasting pain- injured throat after just a few days. I had no idea these were so large. Will look at liquid or smaller version as possibility
