Effective for colitis

Boulardii was crucial for managing my activated ulcerative colitis, which Gr8-Dophilus alone couldn't handle. Two years ago, a combination of Boulardii, a gluten-free diet, and other products saved my colon from surgery. Unfortunately, my colon deteriorated again, preventing adequate good bacteria growth. Thankfully, Boulardii worked its magic once again.

Preventing constipation

I have microscopic colitis and my doctor recommended Citrucel daily to avoid what he describes as rabbit poop. I use it daily and more frequently when constipated to achieve normal bowel movements without resorting to harsh laxatives.
